The number of pins used and their position depends on the weight of the cargo and the working conditions of the application. In order to assemble the timing belt, you insert the metal pins in the holes stretching over the full belt width on both belt ends. These precise holes deployed through the entire belt width ensure safe and reliable pin placement. The joining does not influence the timing belt’s flexibility or minimum pulley diameter and can be installed on belts with or without covers.
